I take great care in creating and packaging my jewelry, but if your piece arrives damaged or becomes damaged with normal wear, please contact me as soon as possible. I am happy to discuss options for reworking or repairing broken pieces whenever possible.
 

Because each item is handmade and often one of a kind, I do not offer standard refunds. Instead, I focus on repairing or reworking damaged pieces so they can continue to be worn and enjoyed. In some cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the damage occurred during transit.
 

Please reach out within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order and include a description and clear photos of the damage so I can best assist you. I am committed to finding a thoughtful and fair solution whenever possible.
